What a great dog

She is going to make some family a fantastic pet. She's so happy. She has found her resting spot in the house and that is where she spends most of her time. The first few nights I had to direct her to her crate at bedtime but now she goes right in with no problems and sleeps thru the night. Today was Old Timer's Day in LaVergne and we took her to the parade and then later in the day to the festivities in the park and she did more than her part to promote her breed. She ignored the little dogs and let all the children pet and love all over her. She walks good on the leash but keeps trying to walk in between my legs. I think she would be better in a home that doesn't have really small children and anybody with mobility problems because she can at times get overly excited and bouncy and just get in the way in general. She loves to sort of snuggle her head in and have her head and neck rubbed and she won't go away until it stops. We are still having a little bit of a problem getting her to eat but she does eventually finish. She's got alpha tendencies, the other dogs can't pee or poop without her going over and peeing on the same spot, but there have no altercations at all and her and Maggie were drinking out of the water bowl at the same after we got home today.
